Apple regala 30 dias a los usuarios de MobileMe

todos los mensajes que me mandan a mi dirección mac.com desparecen por el camino y no me llegan, a vosotros también? Yo desde luego, si no me regalan un Fiat 500 el años que viene no renuevo. Nunca había perdido correos en masa de esta manera, son unos cutres...

Sigue habiendo muchos problemas con el servicio, y gente que no puede renovar por el ya famoso "There is a problem with your credit card"

 

Con cartas de Apple como esta:

 

 

From: MobileMe <noreply@me.com>

Subject: Reminder: update your credit card.

Date: July 23, 2008 05:07:19 PM MDT

To: Robert Gilbert

Credit card authorization has failed.

Your annual subscription is set to renew automatically on July 24, 2008 PDT, but attempts to charge your credit card have failed.

To avoid interruption of service, please go to Billing Info now and update your credit card information.

Update your credit card information now.

If your account cannot be renewed, your access will be restricted to email only and will be turned off completely 15 days after expiration. To keep enjoying uninterrupted push email, contacts, and calendar, and access to your shared photos, files, and more, please update your credit card information now.

Note: If you do not want to renew your account, go to Account Options and deselect the box under Renew.

Aquí parece que al menos Jobs y compañía lamentan la pérdida de correos entre el 16 y 18 de julio, aunque sin aportar ninguna solución:

Bueno como (Casi) siempre con Apple todo se arreglará. Aunque espero que sea rápido, me toca renovar el 31 de Julio y no me admite ninguna tarjeta.

A mí si que me funciona todo y ya me ha llegado el e-mail de Apple avisándome de que me regalan 30 días de suscripción.

Pone que se hará efectivo en las próximas semanas..., ya veremos. :D

A mi, a partir de las 5 de esta tarde me funciona todo correctamente. Apple me ha enviado un correo diciendo que habian arreglado los problemas y todo estaba OK.

Por si algún otro tiene el problema que comenté más arriba del "There is a problem with your credit card" decir que a pesar de todo, en mi caso apple acaba de renovarme un año más sin problemas

 

Pufff, vaya alivio :)

Pues, a mi me acaban de renovar la cuenta un año más 365 días, y me la han cobrado hoy.

Desdeluego... Si me quieren cobrar hoy, al menos renovadme 395 días tal y como me comentaron por mail. Digo yo.

A mi si que me llegó el mensaje del regalito hace unas semanas, lo que no tengo claro es si con esa jugada me cobrarán el año 30 días más tarde o 30 dias menos de éste año el año que viene ¿ :unsure: ?

Pues a mí no me los han dado todavia esos 60 días más <_<

Me ha llegado el mismo e-mail de Mobileme diciendome que me regalan 60 días más durante el dia de hoy. :(

A ver si aparecen prontito... :unsure:
